To mark the Global Centenary International Women’s day (1911-2011), the Gender and Culture Committee of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Student Union, along with the Gender and Development Studies (GDS) field of study, will be organizing an artwork competition.
The theme is “Equal access to education, training, and science and technology: Pathway to decent work for women.”
The purpose of the artwork is to inspire women and girls; celebrate their achievements; challenge and provoke thoughts; and increase awareness among all.
