Mr. Kosaka described AIT’s Construction Engineering and Infrastructure
Management (CEIM) program as an attractive proposition, since it covers
issues related to management, labor, and contractual issues, besides
technical expertise. Companies often experience difficulties while
implementing overseas projects, and relevant teaching and training at
AIT can help them overcome this problem, Mr. Kosaka said. He expressed
interest in AIT’s two-year Master’s program, one-year Professional
Master’s program, and semester long training programs.

Welcoming Mr. Kosaka, the AIT President, Prof. Said Irandoust stated
that AIT is willing to partner with OCAJI in organizing professional
knowledge forums. He suggested that AIT can create tailor-made programs
for OCAJI professionals.

The meeting was also attended by Prof. I. M.Pandey, Vice President for
Academic Affairs; Dr. Pennung Warnitchai, Coordinator, Structural
Engineering field of study, School of Engineering and Technology; Dr.
Do Ba Khang, of School of Management; Dr. Yoshikazu Kamiya, Visiting
faculty, SET; Mr. Ahmed Amjad Ali, Head of External Relations and
Communications Office (ERCO) and Ms. Sumana Shrestha, Program Officer,
