Mr. Sharma graduated in 1995 with a Master’s degree in Environmental
Technology and Management from AIT’s School of Environment, Resources
and Development (SERD). He completed his Bachelor’s in Civil
Engineering from Maulana Azad College of Technology, Bhopal,
India.
Beginning his career as an assistant engineer in the Department of
Water Supply and Sewerage, Mr. Sharma has served as Joint Secretary in
the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works, Regional Administrator in
the Western Development Region of Nepal, and Financial Comptroller
General of Nepal.
