Mr. Narong graduated with a Master’s in Engineering in Infrastructure
Planning and Management from AIT’s School of Civil Engineering in 1997.
Established in 1972, EXAT is state enterprise under Thailand’s
Ministry of Transportation and Communications, with an objective of
creating, organizing, renovating and maintaining expressways. EXAT is
responsible for the expressway system including high-capacity
controlled-access highways serving the Greater Bangkok area.
