CAMPUS ACTIVITIES

1. Last week’s OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS BOOK SALE, organised
by the Child Centre-Playschool PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) Committee
in collaboration with the AIT Centre management, enriched the Child Centre-Playschool
Library with more than Bt4,000 worth of books. Thanks to the participation
of everyone and special thanks go to the AIT Centre management for their
support. We hope to have your continued support once again in the new school
year.

2. BOOKS / TOYS DONATION

The CC-PS PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) would like to call on everyone
to donate books and toys which are no longer useful to you but are still
in good shape. Please clean and air the books in the sun and list them
by title and author’s name, ready to be catalogued. Please deliver them
directly to the CC or PS. This will help the school enormously as it does
not have space nor Library staff to carry out this job.

3. VOLUNTEER NEEDED FOR THE LIBRARY

If you can spare some of your free time and would like to work in the
CC-PS Library, please contact the school office at extension 5993 (Manager’s
office) or 5984 (secretariat).

4. YOGA COURSE FOR ADULTS will continue for three more sessions
until the end of the term. The class take place at the Child Centre Library
every Tuesday at 4:00-5:30 p.m. Please contact Ms. Tien (5777 / 5614) or
Mrs. Conny Traenkler (6252) for details. Students with valid ID card
receive 20% discount on the fee.

5. THAI COOKING COURSE will also continue as long as there are
enough participants (minimum 6, maximum 10 persons). Please contact Ms.
Tien (5777/5614) or Mrs Conny Traenkler (6252) for more details. Thank
you.

This is to invite you all to the termly OUP Book Exhibit/Sale at AIT.
The exhibit is displayed at the Cafeteria on Monday 3 – Wednesday 5 July,
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. There will be books in English and some in
Thai. Your purchases will help enrich the library of the Child Centre
as 10% of the proceeds will go directly to the library in the form
of FREE BOOKS.

This activity is organised by the Child Centre – Playschool PTA (Parent-Teacher
Association) with support from the AIT Centre Management.

Please help us to help your children develop a love for reading to expand
their knowledge.

Special book requests can be placed directly with Khun Thares at DK
BOOKS (OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS Distributor in Thailand). E-mail:

Thank you,

Mrs. Nguyen Tien Nghia (PTA Chair)
