SERD Research Bazaar 2000
The School of Environment, Resources and Development organized the SERD Research Bazaar 2000 on August 16-18, featuring thesis research of SERD graduating students and research activities of selected business corporations in the areas of environmental protection, poverty alleviation, food safety and security.
The Bazaar consisted of two parts. The first was the Agro-Food-Bioprocess Industries
Forum, which opened at 9:00 a.m. on 16 August. It included a Plenary Sessionon on Food Quality, Food Safety and Food Security.
The second part of the Bazaar was an exhibition of SERD research activities, which was opened at 1:00 p.m. on the same day.
