At the Academic Senate held on 31 October 2007 it was announced that Professor Jayant K. Routray was elected as AIT Faculty Representative along with the other representatives, namely Professor Kazi M. Ahmed, Dr. Oleg Shipin, Dr. Manukid Parnichkun, Dr. Sylvain Perret and Dr. Amararatne Yakupitiyage. The end of tenure report submitted by Professor Dennes T. Bergado, the outgoing former Faculty Representative, has been provided to members of the Executive Committee and will also be submitted for information to the Board of Trustees at its 26 November 2007 meeting.
