Ms. Watcharin Intha
Ms. Watcharin Intha will be the new Director of the AIT Library. Currently serving as Associate Director, AIT Library, she will assume her new responsibilities from 1 July 2018. Ms. Watcharin replaces Ms. Pranee Kiriyanant, who will be retiring after having served AIT for 20 years.
A postgraduate in Library and Information Science from Chiang Mai University, Ms. Watcharin began her career as a Librarian in 1996. She has served at Chiang Mai University, Thailand Creative and Design Center (Chiang Mai), Maejo University, and American University Alumni Language Center. At AIT, she has served as Senior Librarian of both the cataloging and circulation section, as well as Head of Public Services.
Ms. Watcharin has three publications to her credit. She will be the eighth director of the AIT library.
