A group of Sri Lankan AIT Alumni in Australia has generously donated AUD 6,818 towards the upgrading of the CREATOR SPACE facility at the AIT Entrepreneurship Center (EC) into a Smart Modified Classroom (SMC).

This enhancement of the  CREATOR SPACE  into an SMC will equip the facility with the latest technology allowing the EC to conduct all its events in the hybrid mode, including its flagship  Distinguished Entrepreneur Talk Series and other mentorship workshops like Experts Talk, which can be attended by both on-campus and online audiences. It will help the Entrepreneurship Center to reach out and interact with participants from around the world.

AIT President Dr. Eden Woon expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to these Sri Lankan AIT Alumni in Australia for their support to the Institute. President Woon said “Given the current situation, this upgrade will surely have a large impact on AIT’s mission to transform itself to be a more innovative institute in education and research.  And we are always grateful to our alumni who remember their Alma Mater.  This contribution from a group of Sri Lankan AIT Alumni in Australia is deeply appreciated.”
