The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and Osotspa Public Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the capacity building of Osotspa staff through Flexible Master’s and One Year Professional Master’s Programs as well as provision of scholarships with job offers for AIT Master’s students. The MoU was signed on 7th December 2021 between Dr. Eden Y. Woon, President of AIT and Mr. Nukit Chonlacoop, Chief Manufacturing Officer, Osotspa PCL.
Osotspa PCL was established in 1891 as a pharmacy offering products focused on the health of Thai people. The company has thrived over the past century, growing by introducing innovative products including nonalcoholic beverage, personal care products and healthcare and confectionery that have evolved according to changing consumer needs, along with organizational advancements and marketing breakthroughs.
The AIT President Dr. Eden Woon expressed his thanks to Osotspa for its support of this new initiative which will strengthen the relationship between the two organizations. The President further stated that the scholarships from Osotspa will truly benefit and provide greater opportunities for AIT students towards their academic success as well as their career path and also provide Osotspa staff an avenue to upgrade their knowledge.
